 Written application materials for group members include:

 2. Completed WFA group membership application form.

 Individual membership application materials include:

 1. A copy of ID card or passport.

 2. Completed WFA Individual Membership Application Form.

 Group members must meet the following criteria:

 1. Business licenses related to assisted reproduction have been obtained in one or several countries around the world.

 2. Undetectable record of breach of trust or lack of credit.

 3. Comply with the laws and regulations of the country where the business is located and have no illegal records.

 4. No bad negative news.

 5. Promise to abide by the Alliance's charter and regulations.

 6. Pay dues as required.

 Individual members must meet the following criteria:

 1. Engage in assisted reproduction related business, be the person in charge or shareholder at the company's deputy general manager level or above, or a medical expert in the assisted reproduction industry.

 2. Undetectable record of breach of trust or lack of credit.

 3. Do not engage in business activities that are not allowed by the laws of the country where the business is located.

 4. No illegal records.

 5. Promise to abide by the Alliance's charter and regulations.

 6. Pay dues as required.
