 Diagnosis:

 The absence of the vas deferens is a congenital anatomical abnormality that prevents sperm from being expelled through natural channels.

 Treatment plan:

 Testicular Aspiration (TESA) is used to obtain sperm directly from testicular tissue.

 Sperm processing:

 Due to the scarcity of sperm, two high-efficiency sperm freezing techniques were used.

 Rare sperm freezing: preserved in 7 straw tubes.

 Single sperm freezing: Store 40 single sperm for ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Single Sperm Injection).

 Diagnosis and treatment of female patients

 Age: 38

 Ovarian function:

 Basic hormone tests (FSH, LH, AMH) showed that ovarian reserve was acceptable, but it was at risk of decline with age.

 Ultrasound monitoring showed that the antral follicle count (AFC) was in the medium range and had good response to ovulation promotion.

 Promotion plan:
