Diagnosis and treatment of male patients

 Diagnosis:

The absence of the vas deferens is a congenital anatomical abnormality that prevents sperm from being expelled through natural channels.

 Treatment plan:

Testicular Aspiration (TESA) is used to obtain sperm directly from testicular tissue.

 Sperm processing:

Due to the scarcity of sperm, two high-efficiency sperm freezing techniques were used.

Rare sperm freezing: preserved in 7 straw tubes.

Single sperm freezing: Store 40 single sperm for ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Single Sperm Injection).

Diagnosis and treatment of female patients

 Age: 38

 Ovarian function:

Basic hormone tests (FSH, LH, AMH) showed that ovarian reserve was acceptable, but it was at risk of decline with age.

Ultrasound monitoring showed that the antral follicle count (AFC) was in the medium range and had good response to ovulation promotion.

 Promotion plan:

Use a personalized PPOS solution to maximize egg quality and reduce the risk of OHSS (ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome).

 Oocyte retrieval results:

A total of 21 eggs were obtained, of which 15 were mature MII eggs and 6 were raw eggs.

Fifteen mature eggs were fertilized by ICSI.

 Fertilization and blastocyst culture:

After 15 mature eggs were fertilized by ICSI, 13 were normally fertilized (2PN), and 2 developed 1PN.

Six eggs were cultured with IVM, of which 5 were mature and 5 were fertilized (fertilization rate 100%), and 3 Day5 blastocysts were successfully developed.

In the end, 14 blastocysts were successfully cultured!

 Key technologies revealed

How to extract sperm from men without sperm?

Precision testicular puncture (TESA) combines refined freezing technology to ensure sperm quality.

How can elderly women give birth back to age?

A customized ejection promotion solution combined with precise ICSI technology helps 38-year-old women have high-quality blastocysts.

 Success code for 14 blastocysts!

The combination of sperm, eggs and advanced embryo culture technology allows precise management throughout the process to achieve a high success rate.
